Having spent the last six years as a dedicated teacher at a high school in Cape Town, Chadley has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young individuals in underprivileged communities. Motivated by a passion for sports and a belief in its transformative power, he established DR Sports and Development with the aim of creating opportunities for youth through sports.
As the Director of DR Sports and Development, Chadley leads a team of dedicated professionals who share his vision of using sports as a catalyst for personal growth and community development. In addition to his role as Deputy Director, Jade was also the head leader at his high school, where he demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills and commitment to his peers. He actively contributed to the school community by serving on the Discipline Management Committee and the Societies and Clubs Committee. Jade’s involvement in these committees highlighted his dedication to maintaining a disciplined and inclusive environment while fostering the growth and development of his fellow students.
Furthermore, Jade served as the learner manager of his school’s rugby team, showcasing his abilities to organise, motivate, and mentor his teammates.
